Artwork or beautiful mirror at the end, perhaps a runner on the floor? You could also change out the light fixture for something with a bit more presence, while still keeping it relatively close to the ceiling.

We have a very similar hallway and I completely understand what you mean by it being bare. We put down a runner and it made it look more finished. If you can't find a runner in the size and/or design that you like you can buy black rubber runners off the reel at home improvement stores then find fabric that you like to cover it with.

Looks pretty narrow. I have the same issue, I have not hung anything on the side walls to avoid a claustrophobic feeling. Lucky for you, there is an end wall. I would paint the end wall a colour that you love but may be too shy to try plus hang an interesting mirror or piece of art to draw you in. Or an interesting wallpaper. Change out your ceiling fixture or install pot lights to open up even more space. You could add a runner or not, it's up to you. I would work on the end wall first.
