I love a tiled backsplash. It makes the kitchen pop. Look for tiles that have similar colors o th granite and then a few small tiles that contrast nicely.

I would use the same granite for the whole kitchen and tile the backsplash. You have a little cutie there!

you might want to consider a golden granite to tie in the cabinets. Hand pick each slab to add some swirl and character.

I am not sure how you feel about colour, but I would go for something that has a blend of colours from your kitchen. Then I would pull a nuteral colour from the granite for your back splash. I may even just paint the backsplash area first to see what colour I liked.
