The L-shaped configuration of the desk and printer table makes sense, but you have too much sunlight glaring on the monitor at the moment. How about putting the table in front of the window and the desk next to it against the wall? Less glare and danger of tripping on cables. Put the shelf unit on the same wall as the desk. Now, you have room for a comfy loveseat in place of the dining room chair, and if you add a reading lamp, you have a nice space! Some art, or an area rug, would also help.

Need some artwork and personalization.
