How To Give Away Plumeria

I bought a plumeria (gorgeous pinks and yellows) before I knew how large they get. I have only had it about 5 months and it has taken over my whole window. I would like to give it to someone who has room. I am in a rural area and no one knows what these are so giving it away locally is not an option. Any ideas? It is crazy healthy, bug-free and loving life but has never bloomed.

Treehugger! I would love to have your plumeria if possible. I live in Baltimore MD. I can give you a division of my orchids plus I have baby phals from spikes. We can trade in the spring when it's warm if you wish to trade. My email is tamelastar@gmail.com

Might help to say where you live.

You can also try Craig's list. Post it as a curb-side pickup for free. I'll bet it's gone within hours.

South Central PA . I did not want to post to craig's list because the local folks from CL I have met are not exactly trust-worthy. It's a weird world. I would trade it in a sec for a fragrant cattleya orchid or a rose bush, too. Keep in mind this is ag country. Corn would go fast. No one will know what a plumeria is.

Well, I guess I can understand that. We have people in our community from all over the world and many are familiar with plumeria. I sold more rooted cuttings at our yard sale than I ever would have imagined.
