I'm in Long Island New York, with a couple of feet of snow on the ground and more expected soon. So my main garden activity now is reading seed catalogues. A catalog I'm looking at now has mostly seeds for sale, very few plants. But almost all their offerings say they have both regular and "Organic" seeds available. In most cases, the organic cost a little more. Is there really a difference?
