    Unfortunately we only provided the door and do not have the hardware information

    If I was a betting woman, I would say probably Emtek as that is what I saw in a few of the house this year (2015) for hardware and hinges.

    without a close up, it looks like a Geneva lever with a square rosette probably in US26 polished chrome
