please help - fungus gnats eating bulbs?

I most likely bought infectious putting soil. My bulbs looks weird and I'm seeing the gnats in all the containers. What can I do? I use boiling water indoors but too afraid on my bulbs. Edit - Here's a picture of my bulbs in pots, any help is appreciated.
