My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have

grown about every tropical but new to orchids, I recently got this one at Trader Joes, a phalaenopsis, but no name, I have googled it but no luck, I assume it's a common one, just curious. The colors in the photo are true, a dark ruby cranberry color.
