remodeling master bath...it presently has a Large Kohler infinity Tub.

Should I replace the tub with an oversize shower? motive is resale update but want to like and enjoy before selling.

Bath is open to MBR w/ glass block wall and has separate commode/shower room. Would turn present shower into a linen closet. Keep commode where it is and update fixtures. I do not want to move drain lines. Currently kind of nice but dated grey and cream. mid range budget I hope

Photos would help, but if you're selling soon, I'd keep the tub and shower. Updated fixtures and rimless glass shower doors. Yummy for you, and resale value.

You may not want to move if you do this remodel!! Ha, ha.

I am definitely seeing a lot of consumers replacing their large tubs with showers.

My neighbor and I had the same debate. I said I need to keep jacuzzi tub for resale she said replace with shower. Spoke to a realtor and she said no to replacing tub with shower . My problem is my jacuzzi tub is grey and I'm having a hard time deciding on surround and wall and floor tiles!!!!
