My wife and I purchased our first home about a year and half ago. It is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath ranch. To get to our bedroom you walk through a hallway which has the washer/dryer. This hallway also has a door to our bathroom which is tight and narrow. It currently has a sink in the middle, toilet on the left, and stall shower on the right. What are your thoughts of making this bathroom and the hallway to our room with the washer/dryer, one big master bath? The washer/dryer are stackable. This would mean to get to our room you'd have to walk through the "master" bath. Thoughts? If this is frowned upon, what can I do to get the most out of the space in this bathroom? A pocket door is a great start but what else can you suggest? Any and all input is appreciated!
