You have too much dead space in the middle of this plan. You could add a nice island 4' X 2' in your kitchen for additional prep space and storage. The location of the fridge should be switched to the last in line so that people sitting at the peninsula don't have to bother the cook to get something out of the fridge. If you put a corner cabinet opposite the pantry, you will have a more symmetrical look. Corner cabinets can have a 45-degree section of counter over them, as well as lazy susan inserts to make storage access easier. Also, if your soffits aren't full of electrical or ductwork, get rid of them and purchase 42" cabinetry instead of the smaller size.

Don't put the fridge next to the corner pantry. It will look weird bc on the other side there's a wall cabinet. See pic.

It would be easier to unload dishwasher if it were on the other side of the sink, closer to the cabinets. Be sure that the dishwasher door opening clears the island. There could be a slim cabinet next to the dishwasher and the "wasted space" in the bottom corner could be accessed by a door from the other side of the peninsula to store items rarely used. If there are some drawers in the island, near the dishwasher opening, this is also great to store utensils and kid plates/bowls/cups. My kitchen was built very similar to this and I loved the flow, especially when I only have to take a step or two to put dishes away.

There's not enough room to put the dishwasher on the other side of the sink; when it is open, you wouldn't be able to get to most of the cabinets to put the dishes away.
