Phal/Hard cane type Dendrobium. Find some culture notes appropriate to where you live in the USA. Needs warmth, moderate humidity and good light throughout the year. Nice bloom, but you will be lucky to find the real name.

Thanks arthurm - I have a couple other phal type dendrobium so that helps tremendously. Bummer about the ID- I was excited that it had a tag. I know the nursery where it was grown so I will try to contact them to see if they can ID. So strange that they would have a fake name since I bought another orchid from them with a "real" name- a Iwan Aplpleblossom "lemon pie"...
