Unless your an expert, photo's = no justice. As I continue to faux reclaimed deck boards, the big picture becomes clear in value along side barn wood; but not overnight.

This image is one you'll find onsite, only less color showing. I've now decided it's time to make sure at least 50% if not more, natural wood out weights color.

This would be a great color combo, along with wood grain showing for an exterior deck.

Tested and continues this winter, rain, snow, upside down in back yard pond.

The idea for decorating the deck area is to have all other wood attached, i.e. railing, kick boards for steps, hand rail one [1] solid color. I see possibly three, samples before start.
