we are making tile for a project in Utah that would look great with your flooring, granite and top. It's a shaded beige hand crafted tile. You don't want anything too busy, the granite is beautiful - you don't want to do anything that would detract from that. I'd invite you to check out our Cottage Craft Tile site. Pull out the copper/brown tone and maybe have tiles angled . Like the pic .

Something very simple like subway tile. Let this spectacular stone be the focal point.
