I've been working on various works in progress, sandwiching tops, but I took some time today to finish Fred...a quilted 20 1/2" pillow for my six year old great nephew who just started wearing glasses a few months ago. Couldn't resist this pattern from Elizabeth Hartman.
I did sew in a secret pocket on the inside...figured a boy needs a hiding place for stuff from his little sister :-)

Magothyrivergirl...Yes the glasses are applique....hard to see it in this photo.
thanks ya'll...fun to make, I'm thinking Freddie needs a brother ... maybe.
