I would say it's Minerva, an old but very beautiful variety. It might possibly be something different with all those ruffles in the eye but that's my guess.

Actually these ruffles are a Signature-Feature, a Trade-Mark if you will, for "Minerva" -
"das ist Minerva, wie sie leibt und lebt" ("leiben" is an Old German Terminus for "em-body" )

I have recently seen those same, conspicuous extensions in the center of the flower elsewhere, namely in "Barbados" - traded as Cut Flowers. However, the color of these is incomparably much "deeper" almost a burgundy red and almost "amazing"
