do you have a pond thermometer - they don't cost much and they are invaluable for this time of year. If the fish seem active and not just dozing on the bottom and if your tank temp is around 50 they would benefit by light feedings every 2 or 3 days or so of spring & autumn fish food (more digestible) soaked in tank water and occasionally peas to keep the digestion going. But then of course you would have to up your water changes if more activity and fish poop (I use a net to net out poop every day and then also siphon off the bottom when doing water changes.)

But then you should be doing those anyway once or twice a week @ 30-50%. How many fish in what size tank - esp if conditions are more crowded than is good for goldfish, you'll really need to keep on top of keeping water quality good (poor water quality can account for casualties).

I (and my fish) like the aquascape cold water food - it has probiotic and good ingredients - . No I don't work for aquascape - dont use any of their products except the cold water food!

Tried to a couple feedings yet they didn't seem interested in the food... All though it's suppose to get real warn soon so I'll try again.

All the food I could find was Laguna 'year round'
