Clean it first with oxalic acid (can get from ace hardware). The slabs don't look level and this could cause a problem tiling over it. Might better to call a cement contractor and see if they can just coat it with a terra cotta stained cement or epoxy.

You can have it painted with a pattern that would look very cool. This is not a do-it-yourself for most people. There are pros that do this.

You should probably think about the colors u have on ur garage walls and door. By doing this it light make it easer to re coat it or choose a pattern like leelee said

Will you be using the garage? I mean will you be driving into the garage too? If not, easiest way is to get a lovely outdoor area rug and place your seating on it.

We have a concrete drive that comes up the front side of the house (shared by neighbor) and extends to the back, where there's a back exit/entrance to a smaller street. I've always disliked the concrete circling around back, cutting through the side of the back yard, basically. My long-term plan is to have someone remove it all and replace with a herringbone-patterned brick drive. Anything you do, to my mind, would require bulldozing the concrete--
