Have you checked out any of those organic fertilizers? I've heard good things about kelp. Bone meal is 0-1-0 but it's not really for orchids.

There are a look of options out side of your specified ratio. Why are you only looking for 1-2-1?

Also, I use blood and bone meal on my phrags in the summer. They work great.

Bob - I used about 2 teaspoons per 5 inch pot. The only reason I don't use it year round is that is stinks. I don't want that smell hanging out in my house for months. If you try it let me know how your phrags do.

I have used orchid plus for 20 years. Available at Home depot. It is endorsed by AOS. They added that endorsement when they found out I was using it. Just kidding. I do add supplements.
