Have to ask, "8 oz. per gallon of what?" Also be helpful to know what the conditions are where you are, i.e., what zone, early/late spring, past pressures, how you're applying, the works!

Oops. Lime Sulfur, liquid, by spraying. Applying now, extremely heavy blister mite pressure every year, this is the first year spraying. Northern California 9a I believe.

I haven't had to use it yet (although I've been know to use a little sulfur to control powdery mildew) so don't know what to tell you. But stick around- someone here will.

I've been using a little wettable Sulfur,which was clogging the sprayer fairly quickly,so then switched to dormant oil.
Seems like Lime-Sulfur is being phased out.Is there any mixing information on the container? Brady

The application information is gallons per acre.... This stuff was difficult to find, I guess people use it for suicide?

For pear blister mites your best bet is hort oil at 2% before trees bud out. I'm guessing UC Davis has a guideline on-line for it.
