price per square foot to build?

what was the cost per square foot of this home? we are looking to hire your firm, and have met with you before. We are purchasing a lot from a builder, but do not care for his design. We are negotiating to hire our own design firm and have them build it. It is a 35K sqft lot in a zone with no restriction

Thanks for your inquiry. This home was built over 10 years ago. With inflation, etc. we estimate it would build for between $250-300/sq ft. Depending on the location, builder and what finishes/fixtures you select that number could go up or down. Our fee would start around $10/square foot.
