Question about greenhouse ventilation

Hey all,

We have a 30' x 48' gothic greenhouse with roll-up sidewalls for ventilation. We grow tomatoes in the greenhouse in summer.

We're looking at install a new washing/packing shed next to the greenhouse, and the best place to put it logistically would be right alongside one of the sidewalls (the greenhouse runs east to west, and this would be the northern sidewall).

We're going to space the building about 5' or so away, but I'm concerned that this might interrupt the cross-ventilation and cause heat and moisture problems in the greenhouse in summer. The building we'd be constructing would be about 25' long and more or less centered along the northern sidewall; so in other words, it'd potentially interrupt the cross ventilation for about half the length of the greenhouse.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.
