It's recommended not to re-pot as long as it has a flower.

You can assess when the flower dies. I usually get pro-mix orchid mix as it has medium bark and good drainage. I'm sure mirale gro products are as good.

Beautiful cattleya! When you do repot, make sure that you use a pot that is only slightly larger than the one it is in now; an orchid is different from a regular house plant in this respect. If you repot into too large a pot, you will have a large volume of bark mixture (or whatever media you decide to use) and that media will hold too much water. Make sure you remove all the old media and any dead roots when repotting.
