My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Was the pond existing? If not how was it made? Prior to house build or before or in conjunction? Is it spring fed? Lined? If so with what? What type of maintenance? Thanks!

    Thank you. The pond was built in conjunction with the home, is lined, and also used as a thermal mass for the geothermal heating system. Minimal maintenance and quite the fishery as well...
