The foundation has a very sophisticated waterproofing and drainage system and the pond is lined. The pond is 20' deep in the center and under and acre of surface area, you can dive off of deck into pond and it shallows a bit on the other edges.

Thank you. The pond was built in conjunction with the home, is lined, and also used as a thermal mass for the geothermal heating system. Minimal maintenance and quite the fishery as well...

The pond is used as a thermal mass for a geothermal heating system, a trout fishery and for swimming and recreation on Summer and winter days.

The cabin was 1800 heated square feet and total under roof was about 2200. I hope this helps, it is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Highline Partners
