My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

pitch of the roof? It appears you have trayed al the interior ceilings

I have a 10/12 pitch and would like to tray but felt the slope was not steep enough to keep from looking "squatty". I would guess the pitch here is greater? 12/12?
