LOVE THE ART! How about picking up the medium and light blue and the green in your artwork for your pillows? Print might work if it ties in to the floral, but could get busy. However, a non-floral pattern containing a couple of the colors could also look perfect.

Sage greens and blues would look great. Simple patterns and solids.

I wonder if it would look too busy. I bought solid light blue ones like the light blue in the picture and they didn't work at all. I bought a dark blue patterned one and that didn't work. Then I bought another patterned one and they were too small. It's driving me nuts!

What store is the solid blue one from?

If you go with a pattern it must be smaller than in the subject in the art. Add some drapes to the windows. Go grommet top from ceiling to the floor. Hopefully in the light blue. maybe that will help you decide. Maybe groveraxle can photoshop some pillows in. That's the only way I can tell.

I would suggest drapes for the windows and then pillows.

what u need is to bring more blue into the room now. I would strongly advice against any patterns on cushions - solid blue in 2 different shades of blue matching blues on the painting. also curtains in dark blue going to the sides of the windows

I would suggest 3 different fabrics as your throw pillows....one blue solid, one very subtle pattern so that it almost reads solid from far away but has interest, and third I would do a pattern. Your sofa is pretty large and can handle pattern. Hope this helps!
