We have sort of this type trim with a keystone in center in foyer dining room and arch to the dining room

I would love to add a trim like yours in this example over the windows in this open concept, but feel it too much to do window (2 sets of 2) kitchen and 2 singles in family room. Would it be ok just on windows and not the 8 doors? Thanks!
