I wonder if the others would be okay in your fridge for a couple weeks until you can get them in the soil. Sangre are real nice potatoes.

Oh, there are plenty of eyes around each sprout if'n you'd need to break them off to make things easier.

None of them are up to Houzz standards, look, they still have dirt on them from last summer! The fridge I don't think would work, the only one that has any vacancy tends to freeze things (I've been trying to stratify seeds in there for about a month now but it just keeps making litte dirt-ice cubes.) I suppose I could break off the longer sprouts, well I'll let Holly do that if she wants.

Sangres are good, definitely planting them again.
