Need help with my Janome 350e

I have a Janome 350e. It has been sewing beautifully. Yesterday I started experiencing problems. It keeps telling me that the needle thread has broken. When I check its not, but the thread is bunching up underneath the work area and is getting caught in the bobbin area. What can I do to stop this from happening. I have re-threaded my machine a few times but that in not helping.

There is a group on Facebook called Janome 350e owners. Great group to get info.

Also, be sure there is no thread pieces in the bobbin area. Take out the bobbin holder and clean well. Also, take a piece of dental floss and run it through where you normally run your thread. You may have a tiny piece of thread caught in the tension. Also, be sure and always thread your machine with the foot in the up position, so the tension will be correct.
