If at all possible, the bed should be placed so that the foot of it is approached when you enter the room. This allows for the most restful secure sleep. I'm not sure that can happen in your room without eliminating the bedside tables. Looks like the bed should go between the exterior door and the window behind your leopard chair. If you can manage without the tables, wall mounted lamps would be pretty above your headboard. You might match the other sconces but add shades to them. I'd anchor the bed with a large area rug. The settee/lounge can go on the armoire wall, and the chair can slip into the corner right of its current location. If you're willing to place the bed in front of the double window, draping it with appropriately weighty material, that would also be an optimum location.You already have the sconces there which will look good with the bed. Once you find the right arrangement, select new bedding, drapes and a rug. Then if you want to paint, you'll have your palette in place for selecting or custom blending paint color.
