I'm doing some sprinkler maintenance and replacement in anticipation of resodding my yard. There's one rotor sprinkler that I need to replace and I'm not sure what it's called, which makes it hard for me to find. It sprays forward on a 45 degree pattern (I think), but also sprays a small amount 4-6 feet backwards as well. The sprinkler is in a location where it covers a cone-shaped sliver of yard, but theres also a several feet of grass behind it as well. Does anyone know the name of this type of sprinkler? The one I'm replacing is a rainbird r-50 turfbird, but I don't think they still make it and I don't see any mention of the backwards spray when I looked at the instructions online. One with a fully adjustable arc and the backwards spray would be great. Please forgive my ignorance.
