Hi Joanna. It's definitely a bold choice but deep enough not to overwhelm a space. Just as this photo demonstrates it looks fab surrounded by white and nature's colors from grassy greens to pinky purples.

Would it be TOO much to do window shutters and Door in this color? Or should shutters be shiny black??

How do you think this front door color would look on a natural brick house?

If by "natural brick" you mean red brick, I don't think it would work well, unless your door is set back in an entry that is surrounded by white wood framing. I've seen a lot of bright blues and greens used on red brick ranch houses lately, and in most cases the colors look all wrong to me. There are some greens and blues that have a more grayed tone that do look good, however.
