Try rotating the double vanity to the lower wall and have a single door to the ensuite.

I'd just eliminate the double doors. Walk thru the walk in closet. Move the sink to the perpendicular bedroom wall and make it longer. Move the shower to the parallel wall in front of the window. I'd move the door from the closet to bathroom down to the other side of the wall. I had a drawing but it isn't loading.

Oh, I really like that, My husband is pretty adamant about not having a window in the shower though. I should have included that in the original wish list.

I have a shower with a window in it. It is rectangular and sits up high. We love it. It's the best thing we did and no water sits on the ledge because of its height.

You could turn the tub and add a door to the closet but I don't think that makes spence unless it is the only door and there is big art on that wall as you enter the master.

@delyanks, Thank you so much for taking the time to put that together. Unfortunately, the window in the shower is just one thing my husband isn't comfortable with. @sunnysideforever, I really like that too. I think we'd like a double vanity but there might be room for one where you have the single.

So, I've used a few different ideas here and came up with this. What does everyone think? My only concern is the main door getting in the way of the closet.

The only issue with that design is a pocket door won't typically fit on a plumbing wall.

Double vanity looks very cramped where it is. And a walk from the toilet! I would move that to the longer wall the tub is now on.

I would put the tub flush with the wall, where the shower now is. I would put the shower against the wall next to the toilet: taking away the upper part of the wic.

That would leave a slightly smaller wic with the same entrance at the bottom (no entrance from the bath). Then I would remove those two double doors into the bath and have a long wall closet against the bottom wall and the wall where the vanities were.

Then add a simple door entering the bath (from where shower was to that window.

Move the window above the tub. Or near the sink.

Wonder if as I mentioned before, double sinks put on wall where tub is, if you could take the WIC area to create a tub/shower room with glass walls. Then move closet down where vanities now are.

this is a huge space, at least it looks like it, and it is very poorly laid out.

5D Planner. Use it to plan out your space/layout. You can then look at everything in 3D and it will really help you to make a good decision. This app is really really simple -- you can design a bathroom in under five minutes. We have used it to design two bathrooms at our home and two at my daughter's home -- and the outcomes have been perfect!

How about this idea...

Really like DH design layout - pretty, w minimal dead space. Tell your husband not to worry about window in shower. We have floor to ceiling glass block w bubble pattern and no one can see anything inside. We tested it ! Love the light it lets into the room!
