    No, no basement here. It's very unusual for houses to have basements in central Texas. Typically HVAC equipment is kept in a utility closet that handles both heating and cooling.

    We're not totally sure where they picked that up, although it's certainly the type of vintage accentuation the house was designed to support. It matches the vibe of the classic car as well.
