This is time sensitive so any advice would be great. We are building a wraparound porch. We want to have 5 ft french doors leading out from our bedroom but would like to have a sliding door out of the dining room. Both are on the back side of the house. Our builder said we would want them to match. Is this true? I thought as long as they have the same trim it would look good.

We do hope to enclose the porch around our bedroom in the future so you would only see one door eventually (probably years from now).

One more question. Would a 5 ft french door require you to open both to comfortably fit through?
