I can't find anything that says it was canceled. I can't bring myself to risk it. My daughter's class was canceled, she was going to drive me. Very sad.

I believe it was canceled and may be rescheduled for next Saturday

It was not cancelled I went and met the gentleman from duck creek farms He was very helpful with information. just a few there glad i was happy I made the trip bought some red potatoes to plant

Despite the bad driving conditions, we had a good turn out.

I have to admit I had a great time and it was fun. so much fun I am willing to do it again if we get some interest. I have already had some emails hoping we would reschedule.

I had no intentions to come away with seeds, but there were just to much interesting things.....I couldn't resist

the basement at the garden center is available. We still have seed potatoes but low on the Red Pontiac and Yukon Gold but plenty of Kennebec and Red Lasoda

So if you are interested let me know, but at this point I think it's a go for another one this Saturday. I think we will change the time to 10 till noon.

I would like to thank everybody I met at the seed swap today. We (Mike, Annabel, and Max) had a great time and learned a lot from talking with people and listening to the informative conversations. It is humbling being around people with so much knowledge and experience. Relative to my family in the area, and my friends and coworkers I am viewed as a knowledgable, and slightly obsessed gardener. Being around other people with the same interest but considerably more expertise was spectacular and I look forward to continuing to learn from everyone on this forum as well as during future seed swaps. Thanks again for all the great information as well as the seeds and plants.

I agree the swap was wonderful with great seeds and great knowledge. Great meeting everyone and a few gw ers. Looking forward to next year. Paul

I had a great time and also looking forward to the next one. What is the thoughts about timing for next year (baring weather)? would it be better eariler or later? what about hours? Any suggestions are appreciated.

For me, the timing worked out well. It was probably a little late for the seeds I picked up but a bit early for the plants that I got, so overall, it was good timing. The time of day also worked well for us.
