My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks a lot like Daltile "Fabrique" in 12x24... Emser has a similar tile called "Strands" porcelain tile in 12"x24", but they don't have this particular gray. Here's the direct link... http://emser.com/index.php?name=STRANDS

      This is a clay coloured porcelain tile with a striated pattern.

      Aren't these floor porcelain tiles slippery to walk on? Especially when wet?

      Some of newer types have a very low slip rating when wet... The Tile Council of North America has a new slip rating system called the DCOF AcuTest or Coefficient of Friction test. The higher the SCOF, the less slippery the surface. The Coefficient of Friction for each tile is actually stated on the Emser site under "Technical Specs" Hope this helps!

      The paint is Benjamin Moore 2123-50, ocean air. It certainly adds a nice, calm spa feel to the bathroom. Wouldn't you agree? Thank you for your inquiry.
