Can you tell me where to find those side chairs?

I love the slightly off center look of the back of the side chairs and would like more info about them.

Those chairs are fabulous aren't they? Unfortunately, these were purchased by our
interior design partner who buys from designers/manufacturers that exclusively
sell to design professionals. Sorry I couldn't be more help!
