Does Anyone have the Wolf Range with a Griddle?

I've got one and I find the grease doesn't drip into the cast drip pan at the front of the griddle. What happens is it flows to the front edge, runs down lip at the front, and adheres to the bottom of the griddle flowing just enough back that a lot of it drips where it misses the pan and ends up pooling around the outside of the drip pan.

Does anyone else have the same experience?

Yup same here. It's not a deal breaker for me, just a little hassle easily cleaned up. I love my unit though. Made the best buttermilk pancakes on the griddle Sunday. Used the Wolf recipe.

And I'm proud of my well-seasoned griddle. I won't let anyone else clean it lol.

I don't like grease going into the drip hole so I wad up a paper towel and shove it in there if I'm doing greasy stuff. Then I just sop up all the grease with more PT's. Though I don't believe mine does as you describe, grease flows off the front edge of the griddle into the drip tray, then out thru the hole to the lower drip pan. Is your range leveled well?
