Thank you, Lena. I hate to see bulbs in this condition, and I'm feeling sad.

How could they ship out bulbs in this freakin frigid weather? Duh!!!!

OMG!! Did you just receive these?? How could they??!! This just adds insult to injury; they should have paid you to take them!!!! I hope my Toscas from RC that were mailed about 5 days ago don't look like these....

    So Sorry....

Yes, Donna opening the box that UPS delivered was shock. And yes, Maria it should be a no-brainer
to hold shipments during severe weather.

It is heartbreaking because some of these bulbs had multiple offsets
that froze. I also found up to three
    scapes inside the bulbs.

I thought about trying the interesting basal plate propagation
method that Nititii shared with us recently. Thank you, Nititii!
However, the basal plates were all soft and oozing fluid, so there was nothing
    left with which to experiment.

I just had a detailed conversation with LG's customer service
    department.

@Jodi: They were gracious, and want to try again.

    I made the following suggestions:

    1. Wait until the weather forecast is clear before shipping bulbs

    2. Stop shipping bulbs in plastic bags

    3. Start using paper bags or newspaper to pack and cushion bulbs

For me, this season has been an adventure that will not be
    forgotten soon.

    Blanca,

I can certainly relate about this season being an adventure - some of which I'd like to forget lol

Last year I had a box from MZ that you could smell across the room. Sorry this happened to you.

My order from LG looked just like that. Four of the seven bulbs were just mush. One more I am not sure if it will make it. LG replaced the four and said if I had trouble with the fifth, they would replace it. LG is great to work with.

Oh dear!! I just got home to a delivery from LG. Too afraid to open it

Yup, all the bulbs are soft and squishy :(

I'm sorry Chihn. Let LG know right away. They will work things out.

Oh this is realy sad! Hope, they give You an replacement. Opal Star and Ruby Star are real beauties.

I was really worried about my order from LG but I received an order a week ago and this week received a partial order and all is well. The bulbs are large and in good shape. So there is hope for some who have not received their order yet. .

I've contacted LG and was told they will replace bulbs if they are available, or refund the cost.

I ordered a lot bulbs from LGs in January. The bulbs came a long way to Cali then to Vietnam.. When i received the bulbs in early February, i found 5 bulbs were rotted... i took photo of the rotted bulbs with their tags and emailed them. They immediately send the replacement. today i received the replace bulbs, luckily they are healthy. phew..

This season, all their Terra Cotta turn into Monaco, Rosita become a completely pink one, Sweet Star become somethings red (they replace the mislabel too) Do not buy these bulb unless you want 2 Monaco, 2 Deep Pink Rosita and 2 Red Sweet Star :))

Thanks for the notice about the mislabeled bulbs. I usually only buy from 1 or 2 vendors, who in the past have been very reliable. THIS YEAR...it seems that they just must have had massive mix-ups all around. I know that one seller got "Rosy Star" and advertised it as "Rembrant van Rijn", which to me is highly unethical if you know for a fact that the tags on the bulbs that you received late summer we marked as one thing and you sell them as another!
