We are looking for some shrubs/other plants to cover the view of the neighbor's fence (about 6 ft fence) in winter but that have multiple season interest. We have clay soil--so not great drainage--beneath a layer I am trying to amend continuously with compost, mulch, etc. Filling in between a tree and a crape myrtle. Thanks.
