My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Did u have to take walls down to open the space?

    Did u have to change nob and tube electrical wiring in walls? Did u have to move any plumbing in key walls to be taken down?

    Interesting questions, mnalattar! Yes, to all three questions, we did remove walls to open the space and some of those contained the K&T (knob & tube) wiring as well as plumbing you inquired about, which is not uncommon when remodeling older homes.
