I've seen these for years and years (Chenopodium capitatum) but have never tried them. I think you should, hah, and then let us know what you think! Here's a pic from the internet (not my garden) in case folks haven't seen one before. Keep us posted!

I've got my one plant in the ground so we'll see how it does. If it works out well, I already have found some seeds for the next planting time.
