My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm looking for recommendations for lighting in kitchen area which is part of a larger room. We are replacing the fluorescent lighting above the island with six 4-inch light and 3 pendent lights. We are also replacing black appliances with stainless steel.
Any recommendations on single pendents vs. one larger fixture with three pendents?
