My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That is a glass baseshoe railing, engineered to be 42" tall and meet code without posts or cap. This house has it in three places in this pic. Starting prices are about $300 per linear foot installed, more depending on local code, especially hurricane country.
