We are nearing the end of a renovation that will give us a 22' long x 10'6" wide galley kitchen.

The right short wall has a door to the carport.

We centered the sink on the exterior long wall at its previous location in front of a window. That left room for a DW and 30" base cabinet between the sink and carport, with a 15" and 30" upper for glasses, plates, bowls and cups. To the left of the sink we have a 30"drawer base, 15" full height base (trash pullout), a 30" range and a 30" drawer base.

The far end short wall has a double pantry in a former double closet. They are situated between an exterior door and a hallway opening.

Our refrigerator is across from the sink, with a 30" drawer base, a 24" small appliances cabinet and another 30" drawer base.

That gives us about 85" of countertop as a prep area across from the range. We have corresponding width uppers and an OTC microwave will go under the 24" upper.

Our dining area is across from the DW through a large opening.

Here are some 3D renderings of our concept generated on the IKEA kitchen planner software. We did not use IKEA cabinets and the doors and upper cabinet height don't exactly match ours. Also on the fridge wall we inserted a 24" base and 24" upper between the 30" cabinets.
