Hi, I am new to this forum. I live in Idaho and we have an old irrigation system. Some of the pipes were put under sidewalks. Does anyone know a creative way to get roots out of an old cement pipe 8 inches and 30 feet long, without hiring a hydro-jet company. We had to pay $400 to hire a guy and the roots grow back before the end of the season. I can not afford that. Please any help is welcomed.
