That is what I used to do from Flickr and it was fine. Copied multiple pictures via html out to word and did the editing there. Guess I'll have to scratch around....trouble is, the boffins have left home. The photo thing is my only real complaint with the site. I like the edit features and the facility to delete posts (on having second thoughts).

I used to do the same thing soI could upload multiple pictures in one post. Here you have to upload your photos directly from your device (computer, phone, tablet, etc) using the photo button at the bottom post.

How annoying. I also find the IPhone app useless as all it offers are pics of kitchens and bathrooms. Can't figure out how to get to GW. If they were smart, they would link GW to the bathrooms, kitchens and stone walkways leading back to GW. I think people doing remodeling have lots of questions and the Home Decorating, Kitchens, Bathrooms Forums on GW, would enable people the ability to post questions to regular folks for advice. Their APP makes it impossible to read any posts on my phone. It pops up and blocks the screen.

I fear GW is on its way out.

Yea. I cannot access the forums through the app well either. I just go through the browser In the phone like I did with the old garden Web.

I guess I'll forget downloading their app.

Sheila, don't bother. You cannot find GW on it. I have tried so many times. Really dumb because who wants to look at pictures of kitchens and bathrooms on a phone? At least before, I could read texts from GW but now Houzz has this pop up which blocks the text. So I can't check any responses from my IPhone. I feel things are not going to improve. Maybe they will update the App including GW, but they haven't at this point.

I'm not a fan of this new site. I'm making do because I love reading the expert posts. I've learned so much about orchid culture from Nick, Arthur, Jane, and Harvey. Culture sheets were a great start back when I got my first orchid but your comments translate those culture sheets into the real world. Thank you.

Why not start a facebook page and dump this one. (Maybe you are all on some fb page already and I haven't discovered it?) Or if you guys all move to some other page please be sure to let us all know.

Harvey I agree with you on many levels about FB. Your concerns about FB are pretty much the same with any forum-type sites - they are not trustworthy per se. But just like garden web and dave's garden or any other such sites FB makes it possible for people from around the world to exchange ideas. You just want to keep your personal info out of it.
