Are these items already installed or is this a new kitchen? Is this floor going in the breakfast room also? What floors do you have in the rest of the living space.

Floors are going to be in breakfast room and kitchen. I have hardwood in adjoining rooms (but cannot extend the wood into the kitchen now, so I am told, because of height of dishwasher and cabinets which are already there). This is a re do.

Okay tile will be at least as high as hardwood so recheck with contractor about concerns this should not affect cabinets and DW has some adjustment.
